Titans Help Desk Information

helpdeskAlbany Technical College Titans Help Desk serves as the single point of contact between students, faculty, staff, and the Information Technology Department. The Help Desk Staff provides phone, email, in-person and online support for faculty, staff and students who have issues related to computing at Albany Technical College. The Help Desk staff will assist you with your questions, requests, suggestions or route them to the appropriate area for resolution and provide status of your report. The Titans Helpdesk provides answers to general computing questions, questions regarding the utilization of supported software applications or operating systems, and troubleshoots ticket processing for problem reports.
