ANGEL Information

The link for ANGEL is http://albanytech.angellearning.com. To help prepare for the online environment we encourage that you read, and save for reference, the ANGEL Student Quick Start Guide to Angel and its primary tools.

 

Login and Password

The username and password for ANGEL is:
School code_student id (Ex. 20_900123456)

The school code for ATC is 20 and your student id is the number printed on your schedule. You will Not be able to use your social security number nor your date of birth.

For example, if your school is Albany Technical College and your student id is 900123456, your login would be 20_900123456 and your password would be 20_900123456.

It is recommended that you change your password once you have successfully logged into ANGEL. Please make note of your new password.

Note: Even if you changed your password in the past, it will revert to this default password every semester.

 

Step-by-Step Login Instructions

  1. Go the website. http://albanyech.angellearning.com
  2. Type your username.

    Identifying your username:

    New login and password: 20_STUDENTIDNUMBER (no spaces & also note there is an underscore separating the two digit college identifier and your student ID.) 20 is the Albany Tech two digit college extension.
  1. Press the Tab Key.
  2. Type your password. (Your initial password is the same as your username)

    Username: 20_studentID Example: 20_900123456
    Password: 20_studentID Example: 20_900123456
  1. Click the Login button.
  2. Your course(s) should appear under a section entitled “Courses”.

You may be prompted to change your password once you have logged successfully into the system. Please make a note of what you change it to.

It is very important that you Confirm Attendance for each online course prior or on the first day of class. 

 

 

TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE

  1. After you have followed the steps above, click on each online course name.
  2. Click on the Lessons Tab/Course Material/Tests/Quizzes Tab, then the Confirm Attendance Folder and then view the Syllabus, Welcome/Orientation Material or sample Projected Learning Schedule.
  3. Take the Confirm Attendance Assessment and answer Yes to Confirm or No if you’ve changed your mind.
  4. Print (2) copies of the Feedbadk page as proof of confirmation.  You will need this at the bookstore. 

 

 

ANGEL Learning link is http://albanytech.angellearning.com or you can access it from http://elearn.albanytech.edu; click on Angel Login and follow the same steps.

Your current semester classes will not be available before the 1st day of classes. You always need to look for your online courses on the 1st day of the semester. All online curses begin the 1st day of classes so you need to try to login on the 1st or 2nd day of class for the semester. If you add a class during drop/add it may take up to 24 hours for the class to be added to ANGEL Learning.

Remember read information on the Angel website before you attempt to login on the first day of classes. Any changes to online course login information will be published on the homepage of Angel website.  This information is subject to change without notice. Come back to this page at the beginning of every quarter.
