Albany Tech Lady Titans to hold open try-outs

May 5, 2009 –Albany Technical College’s Lady Titans basketball team will hold an open try-out Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 10:00a.m. at the Bill Miller Community Center located at 322 Vick Street.  The Lady Titans have already signed three players to the inaugural team and are looking to round out the rest of the team within the next month.  READ MORE!

Joel Wernick is roasted to help raise funds for Albany Tech

April 29, 2008 - The Albany Tech Foundation held is fifth fundraising “Roast” on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Joel Wernick, CEO of Phoebe Putney Health System, was this year’s Roastee. The Roast and silent auction raised around $9,000, which will be used for student scholarships and other foundation sponsored student programs. READ MORE!

Albany Technical College Lady Titans sign three new players

April 30, 2009 – Albany Technical College signed three new players to the Lady Titans team today during a ceremony in the Kirkland Conference Center. The players signed include: Jasmine Thomas, Mitchell County High School; Courtney Seay, Dougherty County High School; and Lativia Grier, Westover High School.   READ MORE!
