ALBANY, GEORGIA – Culinary Arts student, Glen Graves, took home the winning title in Albany Technical College’s fourth annual “Albany’s Next Titan Chef” competition on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in the Logistics Education Center Auditorium. Graves is set to graduate from the Culinary Arts degree program in the Summer of 2018.

Albany Technical College Appoints New Director of Marketing and Public Relations Bobby Ellis

ALBANY, GEORGIA – Albany Technical College (ATC) has appointed a new Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Bobby Ellis will begin his new position on May 1, 2018.

Julianna Mathews & Lashea Dancer GOAL & Rick Perkins State Finalists

ATLANTA, GEORGIA – For the first time in Albany Technical College history, the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL) student and Rick Perkins Teacher of the Year from Albany Tech have been selected as state finalists in their respective competitions. Carpentry student, Julianna Matthews, and General Education instructor, Lashea Dancer, have set a historic milestone for Albany Technical College with this accomplishment.

Spring Commencement Keynote Speaker: Major General Craig C. Crenshaw

ALBANY, GA – Albany Technical College will hold Spring 2018 Commencement Exercises on Thursday, April 26, 2018, 7 p.m. at the Albany Civic Center. A reception will be held prior to the ceremony in the Community Meeting Room of the Civic Center. 

ATC Ranked third in Georgia for RN Program

ALBANY, GA – Albany Technical College’s Associate of Science (ASN) in Nursing (RN) program was recently ranked number three by a study conducted by RegisteredNursing.org. The ranking was based on the student pass rates on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
