Job Description & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment. Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers. Update customer accounts through computer-based systems. This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher. Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge. Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay. Experience with cold calling. Ability to work assigned schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
Salary:
Min: $14.90 Mid: $17.88
