The Human Resources Department at Albany Technical College exists to ensure the effective management of human capital through recruitment, onboarding, training, development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and other related HR functions. The HR department also works to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to foster a productive and positive work environment for all employees.

Support Titan Café service by assisting customers, handling transactions, and coordinating food orders.
Associate of Science in Nursing Instructor
Teach and mentor nursing students as they develop knowledge and practical skills for patient care.
Groundskeeper (FT)
Maintain campus grounds and outdoor areas to help keep facilities safe, clean, and welcoming.
Radiographic Technology Clinical Instructor (PT)
Guide radiography students in clinical learning environments and help them develop hands-on skills.
Floor Technician (FT)
Care for campus floors and related facilities to maintain clean, safe learning and working spaces.
Legal Studies Instructor (PT)
Teach legal studies courses and help students develop knowledge and skills for legal-support careers.
Maintenance Technician (DTAE)
Help maintain and repair campus facilities, systems, and equipment.
