Job Description & Responsibilities:
Perform assigned tasks on the production line according to established procedures and schedules, ensuring continuous and efficient workflow. Handle parts and components during the manufacturing process following technical and quality specifications. Inspect and monitor product quality throughout the process, identifying and reporting any issues or defects. Operate industrial machinery and tools required for production, following safety standards and performing basic maintenance when necessary. Strictly comply with health and safety regulations to prevent workplace risks and maintain a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with the team to maximize productivity and assist with additional tasks as needed. Keep the work area clean and organized, contributing to continuous improvement. Record relevant production process information, such as times, incidents, or materials used, to ensure proper traceability.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in areas such as Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Manufacturing (preferred but not required). Basic knowledge of operating industrial machinery (a plus). Language skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED Forklift license (preferred). Key competencies: responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork, effective communication, adaptability, and proactiveness. Legal documentation: Valid authorization to work in the United States.
