Job Description & Responsibilities:

Position Summary: A catering specialist is responsible for prepping, cooking and executing catering events, ensuring they are delivered on time with a company vehicle, set up and exceed expectations of clients. The job description for a catering specialist includes the following responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Catering Logistics and Set-up: Coordinate logistics for caterings; including transportation, cooking/ assisting with cooking, set-up, and some breakdown. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in place for a seamless execution. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service to maintain high standards and exceed client expectations. Oversee and maintain brand image and ensuring consistency. Store/Staff Coordination: Communication with Catering Manager, General Manager, and Kitchen Lead to ensure the necessary ingredients, equipment, products are available for all events. Transportation: Must have transportation to get to work and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications:

Qualifications/ Skills: Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers. Posses the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize. Strong sense of autonomy and urgency. Education and/or Experience: 1 year restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
