Job Description & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Support mobility, transfers, and positioning. Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
What You Bring: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible). A heart for service and a passion for caring for others. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliability and a commitment to excellence. Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
