Collision Repair - Blueprint / Disassembly Technician

Perform complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly for accurate repairs. Identify all collision-related damage (visible and hidden). Create detailed, accurate repair plans and parts lists. Work closely with estimators, technicians, and management. Ensure OEM repair procedures are followed.

Strong mechanical background (automotive, diesel, or similar). Collision repair experience preferred. Ability to read and understand repair procedures and diagrams. Familiarity with OEM guidelines and repair methods. Experience with estimating or blueprinting software is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous collision technician or mechanical technician experience. Knowledge of structural, suspension, and safety systems. I-CAR certifications a plus (not required).
