Job Description & Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files. Respond to data inquiries and assist team members as needed. Verify accuracy for entry, update, and maintenance of data in various databases and warehouse management systems. Prepare and generate reports as required. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate data management processes. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred. Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Familiarity with data management software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
