DC Team Member

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure shipments are processed on time and ready for delivery. Verify quantities and part numbers before orders leave the building. Receiving & Inventory: Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracy. Process stock and customer-specific orders into warehouse systems. Maintain strict inventory controls to support accuracy. Identify and report discrepancies when found. Rotational Cross-Training: Rotate between picking, packing, receiving, and other operational tasks. Learn multiple areas of the Distribution Center. Support teammates across departments during high-volume periods. Team Collaboration & Safety: Communicate openly with co-workers and supervisors. Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures. Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and according to company policy. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Responsibilities may evolve based on operational needs. Requirements: Team player with a strong work ethic. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable learning new systems and processes. Physically capable of lifting, pulling, or pushing at least 30 pounds. Willing to be flexible and learn multiple areas of the operation. High school diploma or equivalent. Work Environment: Active warehouse environment. Standing for extended periods. Bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Regular use of computer systems for inventory and order processing.

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule. 5 days per week, 40 hours per week. No rotating shifts. Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions. Variety in your day — not stuck doing the same task. Stable, full-time position with growth potential.
