Want to get in on the fun…We’d love to have you! The Human Resources Representative (HRR) is responsible for the administration of Human Resource functions in the Albany location. The successful HRR is planful, systematic, organized and must be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a cooperative disposition. In addition, the HRR possesses a range of HR skills, as well as highly effective communication abilities with the capability to relate to individuals at all levels in the Company.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university preferred. Three or more years of direct progressive experience in HR or related field required Proven experience in and an understanding of Human Resources principles, required Must demonstrate strong organizational skills Valid driver’s license for applicable state required Ability to secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws required
