Job Description & Responsibilities:
Royal American Management, a national property management company, has an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Superintendent at Woodpine Way Apartments in Albany, GA.
Qualifications
The incumbent will be responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property. Duties include completing work orders, performing general maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, painting, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and on call emergencies. Must be able to work with limited supervision and possess a valid driver’s license and EPA certification (or able to obtain within 90 days of hire at the expense of Royal American Management, Inc.).
