Job Description & Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and greet incoming station guests for live appearances. Confirm traffic instructions to various advertisers and agencies as needed/requested. Daily completion of spot placement for the given account list on all station logs daily. Detailed order entry into Wide Orbit Traffic system. Provide admin support to sales managers, account executives, and office manager as needed. Communicate effectively with management. Check new orders, revisions, pre-emptions and make goods daily. Keep accurate records for accounts. Create reports as needed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior clerical work experience in an office setting preferred. Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent data entry skills. Proficient with office equipment. Must be customer service-oriented and have experience working with the public. Must have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize. Ability to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, and have good problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision, yet committed to a team environment. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be dependable and punctual. Must represent the company with professionalism and integrity. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Clean Driving Record & dependable transportation.
