Job Description & Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments and follow up to confirm attendance. Greet and check in patients upon arrival, verifying demographic information. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from patients and external parties. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documents. Work closely with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims accurately.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of insurance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
