Job Description & Responsibilities:

ABS Kids has an exciting Recruiter opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter who wants to make a difference! The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to find the best qualified candidates for the open positions. This is an entry level, work from home position. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a high volume / entry level position or healthcare environment. Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients. High volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Interventionists (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication. Work with operations team to identify staffing needs. Sourcing candidates using our ATS, job boards, social media and other resources. Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track your candidates' activities and job postings.

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA recruiting. High volume recruiting experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. Bachelor’s degree.
