Join The Columbus Organization’s Georgia Support Coordination Services team as a Team Lead – Eligibility and play a vital role in guiding staff, ensuring accurate and timely eligibility determinations, and supporting individuals in obtaining the coverage they need to thrive in their communities. Qualifications
Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Medicaid eligibility systems and processes. • Experience in employee supervision and team coordination. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Working knowledge of Gateway, GAMMIS/DCH, and WellSky systems strongly preferred. • Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for frequent travel.
