Application for Admission & Readmission

Use this form if you are:

  • Applying to Albany Technical College for the first time, or

  • Returning after being away for one or more terms.

You will use this application to tell us your program of interest and basic personal information. You may also need to provide supporting documents such as your high school or college transcripts and test scores.


Change of Name/Address Form

Use this form if you need to update your personal information with the college, including:

  • Legal name changes

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Email address
