Job Description & Responsibilities:
Job Summary The Outbound Assistant Manager assists the Outbound Manager in overseeing the shipping department of the facility within their respective shift, including picking, packing, and indirect positions, focusing on quality, accuracy, and providing excellent customer experience. The Outbound Assistant Manager works with the Outbound Manager to collaborate with leadership on other shifts/departments to ensure compliance with all protocol and SOP’s, problem solving, and meet operational directives.

ualifications Experience Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence. Customer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. Ability to work off-shift as required to respond to urgent needs. Education Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations leadership. Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
