Job Description & Responsibilities:

A catering specialist is responsible for prepping, cooking and executing catering events, ensuring they are delivered on time with a company vehicle, set up and exceed expectations of clients. The job description for a catering specialist includes the following responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: · Catering Logistics and Set-up: Coordinate logistics for caterings; including transportation, cooking/ assisting with cooking, set-up, and some breakdown. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in place for a seamless execution. · Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food, presentation, and service to maintain high standards and exceed client expectations. Oversee and maintain brand image and ensuring consistency. · Store/Staff Coordination: Communication with Catering Manager, General Manager, and Kitchen Lead to ensure the necessary ingredients, equipment, products are available for all events. Transportation: Must have transportation to get to work and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

Qualifications/ Skills: · Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers · Posses the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize · Strong sense of autonomy and urgency Education and/or Experience: · 1 year restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
