Role Summary We are seeking a full-time Manager, Clinical Programs (RN required) to oversee our Care Management team. In this role, you will lead program operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive quality improvements that enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise Clinical Supervisors and Care Management staff. Oversee person-centered care planning and service coordination. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, program standards, and regulatory requirements. Review and manage critical incidents, implementing corrective actions to improve safety. Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators. Collaborate with families, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 5 years of nursing experience. 1–2 years of leadership or management experience. Strong knowledge of care management principles and practices. Willingness to travel regularly; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
