Worth County will be accepting applications for the position of Finance Officer 1. This position works under the supervision of the Finance Director
Qualifications
. Experience in accounts payable / accounts receivables, and payroll system operations required. Must have knowledge of the principles and practices of finance, budgeting and accounting, particularly as applied to public organizations; must know office practices and terminology. Worth County’s budget is over 21 million and has up to 300 employees depending on the season. Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree in accounting or 3-5 years practical accounting experience.
