Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Inbound Manager oversees the receiving department of the facility, including the unloading, check-in, QA, and put-away of inventory. They are responsible for ensuring the facility onboards accurate inventory, reporting discrepancies to procurement, and resolving issues with carriers/vendors. Reporting directly to the Inbound Operations Manager, the Inbound Manager is tasked with collaborating with department managers on other shifts to ensure compliance with all protocol and SOP’s, as well as the leadership team in Inventory Control and Shipping, to problem solve and meet operational directives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence. Customer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. Ability to work off-shift as required to respond to urgent needs
