Are you passionate about tech and excited to help customers make informed purchasing decisions? Join our team as an Inbound Sales Advisor and assist customers in selecting the best smart devices for their needs! This high-volume customer service role requires someone who is confident, a people person and can build relationships quickly with energy and enthusiasm. What You’ll Do: Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection Guide customers through the purchasing process, making recommendations and ensuring they’re satisfied. Meet performance targets and qualify for bonuses based on individual performance.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For: A confident, people-oriented individual who loves talking about tech. Someone who is self-motivated, upbeat, and able to assume the sale. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. No sales experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Salary:
17.31 per Hour + Performance Based Bonuses
