Job Description & Responsibilities:

This position requires training and experience leading to competencies needed to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office area. This includes but is not limited to Electronics Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information , Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management. Informing Others. comprehensive knowledge of both personal computer (PC) and Locall\/Vireless Area Networks (W/LAN),and Sever administration; hardware and software management; CCTV installation and configuration, Management of Virtual Private Networks; Network Performance Tuning. LAN Knowledge, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick Study, Technical Zeal, possession and application of skills in oral communication, and decision making; highly developed competencies in customer service and interpersonal skills. This also includes the ability to install and provide support for PC and LAN hardware and software: and possession of a strong desire to lean and be flexible with regard to new technology and methodology

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field and three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience OR One year at the lower level or position equivalent (ITP040).

Salary:

40,000.00 annually
