Job Description & Responsibilities:
Manage event requests and serve as the first point of contact for all internal event inquiries. Support the planning and execution of company-wide virtual meetings, town halls, and offsite gatherings. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify event needs, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate logistics including scheduling, vendor management, venue booking, catering, AV, and technical setup. Assist with developing event communications and promotional materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event reporting and analysis. Maintain an organized system of event documentation, timelines, and best practices. Support continuous improvement of event processes by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
3+ years of event management experience, preferably within a virtual and international organization. Technical skills: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Cvent, and Zoom Webinar. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel 20–30% as required by event needs Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
