Job Description & Responsibilities:

Plans and coordinates logistics, communications, and activities for sales events, customer experience events, and recruiting events. Coordinates advertising and promotion for each division and their related departments. Executes, measures, and reports the effectiveness (including cost/benefit and return on investment) of sales and marketing events and expenditures. Adheres to the marketing budget for the company including managing vendor invoices and claims. Coordinates the order and distribution of promotional materials for the dealerships. Manages and updates customer data to ensure accurate records such as contact information and distribution lists. Acts as a liaison with manufacturer advertising and marketing communication groups. Acts as a liaison for all media and advertising relationships and may support or create graphic designs. Assists in maintaining up-to-date website and social media content. Manages, tracks, and evaluates analytics from digital platforms and campaigns. Develops a thorough understanding of key customer segments to drive effective marketing campaigns. Works closely with each department and division to execute seasonal promotions in alignment with manufacturer promotional calendars. Extracts and compiles current customer prospect lists from JD Lead Generator, UCC data, and digital leads.

Qualifications:

College degree in Marketing / Advertising or equivalent work experience. Experience in graphic design preferred. Basic clerical expertise and knowledge of office procedures. Ability to use standard applications such as Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and internet functions. Proven ability to manage projects, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and successfully managing multiple events simultaneously. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
