Job Description & Responsibilities:
May conduct research via internet; arranges tours, and directs patrons to various points of interest utilizing land, air, and sea transportation. Handles all aspects of patron requests to include transportation, hotel accommodations, and recreational pursuits. Procures and provides patrons with tickets to various attractions and points of interest. Assists in the planning, scheduling, and publicizing various activities to attract and motivate participants. May be required to travel. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two years minimum experience in customer service, preferably in a travel related activity. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Skill to operate a personal computer. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
