Job Description & Responsibilities:
As a Claims Case Research Services Associate, you will analyze medical claims and further investigate those claims. You will initiate conversations primarily with attorneys and insurance adjusters where recovery potential exists. You will use your detail-oriented nature and exceptional communication skills in order to provide quality service while investigating claims. Responsibilities: Examining and investigating medical claims to establish if recovery potential exists. Initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters and personal injury attorneys. Utilizing the Internet and other resources to fully investigate potential recovery cases. Establishing recovery potential on each case and Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date. Talking on the phone 90% of your workday- outbound calls and answering calls returned to you about the claims you are working on, while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Stable work history and experience with claims and making professional outbound calls along with clerical/customer service work experience Type 40+ adjusted wpm Work-From-Home Requirements: Dedicated, private home workspace free of distractions and interruptions Established home internet connectivity; minimum internet download speed of 25 mbps | upload speed of 10 mbps Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required for this position.
