Job Description & Responsibilities:

Receive and assist visitors, customers, and telephone callers. Provide exemplary customer service. Open accounts. Process account maintenance. Process correspondence. Attend to client requests. Make deposits. Order and maintain department’s supplies. Schedule repairs on office equipment as needed. Schedule appointments. Create and maintain various reports for the department. Daily mailroom responsibilities. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of job related experience. Ability to pass the SIE exam within 6 months and attain Series 7 license within 12 months. Basic knowledge of financial services. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to use office equipment. Ability to use multi-line phone system. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to multitask as there may be job interruptions.
