Job Description & Responsibilities:
Responsibility use company resources and technology to gain product knowledge. Analyze customer cues based on interaction and brainstorm solutions. Maintain highest level of confidentially with customer data and/or information. Knowledge of handling items of value, under direct supervision. Dress in an appropriate manner. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in college or graduate of a four year university, with major in business or finance related field preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
