Payment Method
- Automatic payment from checking or savings account (ACH)
- Automatic payment from credit card or debit card
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 20th of the month
Cost to Participate
- $35, $40 or $45 non refundable enrollment fee per agreement
- Up to $30 non refundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned.

- Click on “Elucian Experience App”
- Click on “Financial Aid Card”
- Click on “View My Bill”
- Click “Pay Now”
- Select desired term for payment plan
- Select “Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet”

Payment Plan Availability: Availability of the payment plan is determined by Albany Technical College. Please be aware that the college may elect not to have a payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payer: If you are paying on behalf of a student, the student must access or set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
